Cornelis, known by everyone as "CW", initiated his studies at the private boarding school "Leevliet" in the Netherlands, and thereafter he attended the world-renowned college at "La Salle" in Valencia, Spain. He then continued his university level education in Madrid. His studies included International Real Estate, Business Brokerage, Hotel Management, Tourism, Commercial Design and Business Economics. Besides English, "CW" is fluent in Dutch, Spanish and has some knowledge of French and German.In the early eighties "CW" joined the management team of a major leading hotel chain in the United States. He contributed to the opening of several new properties as well as implementing new operating standards. After several years, he continued his career independently as a business consultant. His extensive knowledge of real estate and business opportunities together with his international experience, afforded him the opportunity to pursue projects in the United States, Europe and South America. In 1999, “CW” founded The Wilson Group and over the years he has developed exceptional sales, marketing and negotiation skills."CW" is associated with national and international professional business brokerage organizations and he is a member of the NAR, headquartered in Washington DC, a bilateral partner of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in the United Kingdom, the European Council of Real Estate Professionals in Brussels (CEPI), and the International Consortium of Real Estate (ICREA). Those who are members subscribe to its strict Code of Ethics.
