Work Performance Center, Incorporated specializes in the prevention and rehabilitation of workers’ compensation injuries. Work Performance is a State of Missouri, Division of Workers’ Compensation certified facility. Work Performance helps employers reduce on-the-job injuries and workers’ compensation costs by creating a hazard free workplace and maintaining a healthy workforce, through ergonomics and direct therapy to injured workers. Our medical expertise coupled with our knowledge of postural risks and biomechanics creates a unique set of skills benefiting employers. The Work Performance Center was founded in 1994 by Suzanne Wagar, PT, MHS, CEAS and Patricia Carroll, OTR, after developing the industrial rehab center for a local hospital system. Both therapists have over 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation injury management. Work Performance has two clinic locations, St. Peters and Wentzville. Each clinic is staffed with state licensed physical & occupational therapists specializing only in work injury management. It is this specific experience and knowledge base that benefit both injured workers and employers. Ergonomic consulting, injury prevention and safety projects are completed on-site at the employer’s facility. Work Performance is a woman-owned business; employers benefit from compliance to federal guidelines for woman-owned and minority business partners.
