We provide many services to help you remain Independent In Your Own Home. The Home Team of Kansas specializes in working with the State of Kansas Home and Community Based Waivered Programs. Currently, we provide Independent Living Counseling for the Physically Disabled Waiver and Payroll Agent Services for the Frail and Elderly Waivered program. Both of These Services are available Statewide to Kansas Medicaid receipients.
