To obtain a project fall protection certificate, all system materials must be purchased from an authorized distributor of Thermal Design, Inc. The erectors/installers will be required to thoroughly read the installation instructions and sign the form provided that they have read, understood and agree to install the Simple Saver System in accordance with the instructions.

Thermal Design manufactures roof and wall insulation systems marketed under the well-known trade name of Simple Saver System. These patented insulation systems are used for new and existing commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. The systems are revolutionary products that meet the energy codes for "in-place" R-values and retain these values beyond installation. The installed Simple Saver's insulation fills the cavity uncompressed, attaining the specified R-values and increasing the thermal efficiency of metal buildings by as much as 300%.

Thermal Design manufactures EnergyCraft-branded metal building heaters and integrated heating/air conditioning appliances. All appliances come pre-assembled and ready to plug in and run. Only the fuel source, condensate disposal and electrical supply need be connected to operate the appliances after mounting. A mounting kit for horizontal applications is included with the appliances for installation between building girts. Other ventilation accessories are available.
