Posted: April 2014 Thermo-Tech Windows, a growing vinyl window and door manufacturing company in Central MN, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager. This position is responsible for the Manufacturing Management Team including Production Supervisors, Planning, Scheduling and Maintenance with the opportunity to expand. Must possess great leadership and communication skills and have experience with multiple shifts. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field required with a minimum of eight years experience in a make to order manufacturing environment.
