Theta Col-R-Lite Non Verbal Communication systems may be ordered through most full service dental dealers or directly for Theta Corporation. Theta Corporation's terms are net 30 days FOB Niagara Falls. Shipping and insurance charges will be prepaid and added to invoice. A $5.00 handling charges will be charged on shipments under $85.00. Additional handling charges will be charged on shipments requiring paperwork or procedures not normally used by Theta Corporation. A penalty for late payment of 1.5% of the unpaid balance or a minimum of $5.00 will be assessed for late payment. Such penalty will be assessed for every additional 30 days the account remain unpaid. At the discretion of Theta Corporation, a charge to cover collection services will be added to the overdue account and rendered for collection. The acceptance of credit from Theta Corporation is acceptance of the above terms and agreement to pay late fees and collection fees if assessed. Each wall mounted panel should be mounted on a plaster box for installation in new construction where the open studding is available. In existing construction where the walls are closed before installation, each panel should be mounted using a mounting frame. Appropriate mounting frame and plaster box numbers are listed next to panel descriptions.
