Description
After years of working with spinal surgeons on riders back health and riders comfort in the saddle we began working with knee surgeons to develop a product for riders with bad knees.
“I live in Las Vegas, which in the summer is a very harsh climate in which to ride horses, and makes us very aware of any way we can find to comfort our horse’s backs. I have been riding and showing dressage here for over 30 years, and am currently showing (and doing well!) at Prix St Georges on my Dutch Warmblood, “Jovian,” who I trained myself. I was very happy to find the Ultra ThinLine pad, because he has a sensitive back, and very wide withers and other pads always make the saddle too tight over his withers.
Here at Saddle Fit for Life our mission is about keeping horses happy and healthy, and because it is about the horses we have decided to “step outside the box” of saddle manufacturers and saddle fitters.
There is a ThinLine saddle pad for every equestrian discipline. But because consumers either fall to the side of wanting very little padding to a lot of padding we provide two thicknesses.
ThinLine is made in the USA and we support USA manufacturers for assembly of most of our product lines. When ThinLine is sewn to leather they are primarily manufactured by Kentaur in the Czech Republic. Sheepskin is delivered by Engle Sheepskin in Germany. Basic pads, Cotton and felt pads are all USA made.
