Prior to founding Think For A Change, LLC, Mr. Williams has worked in a variety of positions for the legal, insurance, information technology and financial services professions. He is a current member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Northeastern Wisconsin PMI Chapter, PMI Information Systems Special Interest Group, PMI New Product Development Special Interest Group, PMI Financial Services Special Interest Group and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA). Paul R. Williams is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with degrees in Political Science and Public Personnel Administration.
