SAMUEL TAMKIN is a Chicago-based real estate attorney with more than 20 years of experience working with residential and commercial clients. He began his career in the real estate department of one of the country’s largest real estate law firms, and has had his own practice for the past 18 years, assisting thousands of buyers and sellers in closing transactions. He has also helped dozens of developers and investors purchase, sell, lease and develop real estate in the Midwest.

Sam graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics, History and International Relations. Following the University of Pennsylvania, Sam received his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign-Urbana.
