The company’s experience comes from providing Lifeline Recertification Services to ETCs and in 2011 was selected by a coalition of over 16 ETCs to provide deduplication services to the industry working closely with the FCC and USAC. Today’s announcement expands these services for more streamlined deployment and the addition of new features and options.

Donald was brought in to 3PV, in 2003, and oversees the Software Engineering operations, including the telephony and software applications. Previously, Donald has worked with other software companies, including the development of legal industry software applications at Equitrac and insurance automation products at Applied Systems. Originally from Dearborn, Michigan, Donald graduated in 1989 with a bachelors degree in finance from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
