When it comes to fresh fish, we prefer to keep it local and limited. Most of our fresh fish comes from local fisherman and only makes it up on the specials board when the Chef feels it’s really worthy of being there. Fresh fish is always served in ways that showcase the freshness of the product. When it comes to “fish and chips”- which holds a permanent spot on the menu- we do it one way, and one way only- top quality flash frozen Pacific Cod, hand dipped in a fresh Ale batter, fried in a dedicated fry basket, and served with house fries, fresh buttermilk cole slaw, and home made tartar sauce. We don’t like to brag… but we’ve been preparing fish and chips the exact same way for over 15 years, and we sell A LOT of fish and chips… you can draw your own conclusions.
