We provide the day to day services required to maximize our client’s real estate asset including collection of rent, management of service providers, and property upkeep and maintenance. With hundreds of thousands of square feet under our management, we provide our client not only a great deal of experience but also the ability to obtain discounted rates from service providers.

Our team consists of a chief financial officer with 20 years of experience in the real estate market, an accounting assistant with 22 years of experience and a property manager with 13 years of commercial real estate management and development experience. We work closely with property owners to ensure we tailor our services to their needs.

Location. Location. Location. With our extensive knowledge of the current real estate market, our professionals specialize in guiding our client through all phases of their acquisition, including site selection, coordination among other professionals and closing. When assisting a client with selling their property we believe the greatest thing we can provide our client is a reasonable expectation of what they can achieve. With years of developing relationships with real estate buyers and investors we can identify qualified buyers and assist our client in the process through the closing.

We had been renting for over 25 years when we decided to purchase a building of our own.
