Bobby Grubbs was born and raised in Montgomery and graduated from Sidney Lanier High School. After several years on the family farm, he entered the insurance business where he has over 31 years of experience. He has been with Thompson Insurance since 1991. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1997 and updates his designation through his annual attendance at the James K. Ruble Seminars. He and his wife Goldie have been married for over 45 years. They are members of Trinity Presbyterian Church. They have two grown children and five grandchildren.

Born and raised in Ashford, Doug graduated from Auburn University in 1976 with a BS in Marketing. After several years in the steel industry, Doug moved into insurance and bonding and eventually became a founding shareholder of Hines, Ridolphi, Carper & Aman. He has over twenty eight years of experience in surety bonding for large commercial contractors. A former football player while at Auburn, Doug has also served as past president of the Montgomery Quarterback Club. He and his wife Martha have three grown children and six grandchildren.
