With over thirty years in the construction industry, Dale Olson, has both experience with new construction and an intimate understanding of older homes. He has experience as a licensed master electrician and holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering. Dale is an experienced general contractor, focusing primarily on the renovation of vintage properties, and he happily share his expertise with the community as a member of the board of directors and the construction committee of Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County.

Patrick Barbe is certified Washington Council of Engineering Laboratories (WACEL) inspector and Soil Scientist with over 14 years of experience in the Washington DC metro area . Patrick provides home inspections , foundation inspections, drainage inspections, construction inspections and well/septic field inspection.
