TLCCS is a non-profit community health center that was established in 1994 to provide primary care medical and dental services to the tri-county area. We accept donations through our Patient Portal.

TLCCS is a non-profit community health center that was established in 1994 to provide primary care medical and dental services to the tri-county area, but has since expanded to include mental health services and care to migrant and seasonal farmworker populations. The corporate offices are located at 32033 Beaver Run Drive, Salisbury, MD 21804 .

The TLCCS Dental Department is located in Princess Anne, and was established to provide dental care for our entire community.

If you need to reschedule your specialist or diagnostic testing appointment please call the specialist office or the diagnostic office to reschedule. If you no-show for your specialist or diagnostic appointment TLCCS, Inc will not be liable for the diagnostic delays that may affect your heath.
