Threlkeld & Company Insurance Agency is dedicated to providing timely and comprehensive service to all of its customers. One of the ways of accomplishing this is by structuring a department dedicated to claims. We constantly strive to develop and implement procedures that effectively assist our clients in the process of claims reporting.

Threlkeld & Company is a full service independent insurance agency. Because we are independent agents, we can offer a network of companies from which we can select a program that is right for you.

Threlkeld & Company Insurance (TCI) was established in 1982 and the agency has grown to become one of the premier insurance agencies in East Texas. TCI currently has 40 employees and is a direct descendant of Clyde & Prestridge Insurance Agency, which was established in 1929. Kenneth Threlkeld entered the insurance business in 1961 and his son Todd, followed in 1988. Todd owns and operates the agency.

As your independent insurance agent, we will help you evaluate and compare the products of several insurance companies to help you find the insurance solution that best meets your needs. We will work hard to warn you of potential risks, and strive to get you the most value out of your insurance. We will work to explain all of your options in plain and simple terms, and help you make the choices that are right for you. Plus, if you ever need to file a claim, our dedicated Claims Department will be right there with you to guide you through the process.
