Free 10 Day Demand Letters - We offer this format to try to save our Clients some money before having to place the file in collections. You issue us your customers full company name, full address, amount owed and date of last invoice on file. We will send out a Demand Request on TCS CORP letterhead requesting your customer pays you within 10 days, or they will be entered into collections. If your customer pays you within the 10 Days of our Letter, YOU OWE US NOTHING!

Cancellation Fee – TCS CORP will only charge a cancellation fee if our client request the file back after our office has either arranged or received a payment, partial payment, return of goods or exchange labor for balance owed. The fee is 10% of the remaining balance owed upon time of request from our client to return the file back.

Monthly Status Reports: Our Client Service Department will send you a PDF Summary Report via Email monthly, this report will show all your customers placed, date of placement, amount placed, if any payments have been paid or any post-dated payments we have in house.
