Like my brother, I am a second generation homebuilder and a native Athenian. Danny and I each have our own construction operations, yet we share our collective knowledge and experience to benefit our respective clients. We seek to stay current about developments and resources in the construction industry. I build custom homes within a 25-mile radius of Athens, and custom and speculative homes in the Suncrest Addition, our development near Lake Athens featuring homes in the $130 - $200K range. I also do large scale remodeling projects. Confidence and trust between client and builder are important parts of the process of buying or building your home. A third element is communication. I strive to insure that my clients make informed decisions about the issues that are important to them.
