After graduating from the University of Denver Law School in 1986, Mr. Tiemeier worked in medical malpractice defense for many years. His experience in the courtroom included radial keratonomy trials, which piqued his interest in refractive surgery in general. After a several–year period of involvement in complex commercial litigation, including real estate, intellectual property and securities fraud, he returned to medical malpractice defense. He continues to represent physicians in all practice specialties in the courtroom, as trial work is and always has been his enduring passion.

Kait Searcy is a Colorado native who graduated from Western State College of Colorado in 2007, with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology. After working in real estate and foreclosure prevention for four years, Kait switched career paths to be a paralegal. In addition to real estate, Kait has experience in insurance defense, wrongful death, and personal injury.
