Our company began in 1982 when we opened our first store in Los Alamitos, California. Originally, we were known as "World of Jeans and Tops" - this was during an era where warehouses opening their doors to sell to the public was a new and exciting concept. It didn't take long for our business to grow, and since we carried much more than just jeans and t-shirts -- in 1987, when we opened our 4th store in Huntington Beach, our name had also evolved, and we became known as Tilly's. Today, Tilly's continues to grow and evolve in an ever-changing retail market. We currently operate stores throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona, and are poised to experience substantial growth in the next decade.Tilly's is the hottest Southern California apparel specialty chain, where "in-the-know" teens find all of today's most desired brands. Tilly's carries the latest in surfwear, skatewear, motocross, and other active lifestyles. We invest a tremendous amount of time and energy to ensure that our unique store design remains on the cutting edge, while at the same time, continues to be inviting and appealing to the entire family.
