This is an entry level position into our company for an individual who has little to no experience in what we do. You will learn the art of Softwashing for exterior house washing , building cleaning, concrete cleaning, commercial store front cleaning and more. The individual in charge of this position will be responsible for completing these projects in a timely and efficient manor with an emphasis on quality.

We provide both chemical and mechanical finish removal for log homes based on your homes needs. Chemical finish removal works well on the majority of finishes and is often a more cost effective method of removal. This is a low pressure approach to removing the finish by allowing the product to dissolve the existing finish thereby allowing us to safely wash it from the surface. On a more stubborn finish such as a heavy acrylic media blasting will often be required. Media blasting is the general term that describes a process of corn cob blasting or glass blasting your log home. With this process a blasting media specific to the finish to be removed is used to essentially sand blast it off the surface. Media grit and size will determine how aggressive the process is overall but with this we can remove the failed finish and leave a smooth ready to stain surface on your home. With more aggressive blasting (think paint removal!) some extensive sanding will often be needed prior to sealing.

Building exteriors (homes and businesses) accumulate dirt and grime. TimberSeal removes it by way of our Softwash Exterior Cleaning process. We provide a low pressure approach to cleaning that utilizes proprietary detergents and brighteners.

*Verifiable exterior paint prep and application experience using spray, brush and roll methods. *Leadership skills to run a 2 to 3 man crew efficiently and effectively. *Timeliness! Our normal business hours are 7am to 5pm and we expect you to be on time every day. Some weekends required. *Potential candidate should be clean cut, well groomed and possess good communication skills. You will be speaking with homeowners during the process and project. *You must be able to work in a team environment and be able to adapt to our systems quickly. *Clean driving record and transportation to and from our shop each day. We provide the vehicle to the job site.
