Webinar Training Sessions: With all of the changes in Medicaid claiming, both at a national level and within Iowa, training of staff is vital to the appropriate documentation of services. We provide specific training for staff that exceeds that of any billing service in Iowa. Webinar delivery will be available in the near future as well. CSD Town Meetings: The Spring 2010 Community School District (CSD) Town Meetings have been completed. We would like to thank all our clients who attended the 2010 meetings. We feel the sessions were informative and educational in assisting our client districts with networking on issues and resources for problem resolution, our clients encouraged us to continue these meetings. Please watch our calendar for the Fall 2010 CSD Town Meetings. Quality Assurance: This is a unique feature for our clients and has proven to be a tremendous benefit. We have updated our Quality Assurance process to include a scoring system that will assist our client districts with determining specific issues. If you are using another vendor as your billing service, do they provide a quarterly review of your documentation? Or do you only see them once or twice a year? We believe in supporting our clients all year. Commonly Asked Questions: In Fall 2009 Timberline Billing Service LLC began providing space in our Newsletter on "commonly asked questions" by our clients. We will continue to provide updates on questions and concerns from our clients. District Financial Reports: Our district clients are now receiving monthly financial reports for Medicaid funds received by student, by month. We are currently working on newer, personalized report formats to better fit the needs of our client districts. Electronic Claims: TBS has created an e-mail address for clients interested in filing log sheets electronically. Complimentary Log Sheet Shipping:Timberline Billing Service offers UPS and Federal Express delivery service for district log sheets at no charge to our clients. TBS Scholarship Awards: TBS has a Scholarship fund that is designated exclusively to students with IEP's residing and attending within a district that is a client of Timberline Billing Service, LLC.
