Bert has been providing business solutions to Delaware Valley organizations for over 20 years. After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Computer Science degree, Bert spent time providing business analysis and application design services. Soon after, he joined a fast growing upstart called Sun Microsystems. Bert continued providing business solutions to Sun's clients as one of the initial consultants in Sun's Professional Services Organization.

When Mr. Zupko left Bell Atlantic to join startup TimeBridge as their Development Practice Director, he did so with a long-term goal to build his own company. The recent inclusion with long time co-worker, Bert Zahniser, allows TimeSolve to expand the solutions offering to focus on compliance and security. TimeSolve is focused on providing technology solutions that are based upon a solid business foundation. The key to success is to consistently exceed customer expectations. Mr. Zupko's academic achievements include a Bachelors degree from LaSalle University and a Masters Degree from Villanova University. He has also been involved with New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) as an adjunct professor for their graduate school.

Innovativ Systems Design, Inc., is an incubator of technology innovation with more than 20 years of experience that currently holds 41 U.S. and foreign patents for its intellectual property. Innovativ provides technology-based solutions for business communications that enable and deliver critical information with secure access and seamless integration.

-- Analyze, design, develop, code, implement, test, and maintain enterprise application systems using C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, HTML, Javascript, Swing, Corba, Oracle, Unix, Windows NT, CVS, Shell Scripting and PL/SQL. Requirements: Must have Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent plus three years experience in the above job duties/skills OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or any field of Engineering plus five years progressive experience in the above job duties/skills.
