Bob DiMeo bought Time Plating in 1983 from a jewelry company that operated it as a captive plating shop. In the 17 years that he has owned the company, Bob and his staff have more than quadrupled the company's annual sales. The facility is currently three times its original size and Time's customer base is world wide. Bob has drawn on his 34 years of hands-on experience in the electroplating industry as well as a formal education in industrial engineering and accounting to make Time Plating the successful business it is today. He has repeatedly demonstrated his visionary and innovative talents by turning new technology into production proven products and techniques. The most recent example of this is the Timelast Finish. Michael manages all facets of the business. He directly supervises customer and production related activities such as expediting and quality control to insure fast turnaround and excellent quality.
