Toano Contractors was founded in 1982 by two long time friends Robert V. Piggott and William (Bill) V. Taylor. Thier goal was to provide high quality site work and land development with a no nonsense approach that allowed for the most savings for each customer. They began by incorporating an eye for detail and an enormous drive to succeed.

We provide full installation and repair of major water and sewer mains as well as water and sewer taps for all residential and commercial sites. We pride ourselves on doing it right, and doing it safely. Our crews practice OSHA approved methods of excavation to ensure complete safety throughout the whole installation process.
