By his own admission, Jason Tobin “hangs out at about 30,000 feet", a vantage point from which he can view the big picture as he creates and develops real estate strategies. Representing the third generation of the family to join the company, Jason is responsible for growing the company through the development of existing assets and procuring new opportunities for Tobin Properties, our partners and clients. He also oversees the leasing of the entire portfolio we represent, including Tobin Properties portfolio.

Candice's job is overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our Yardi software programs. Additionally, she helps design the processes whereby we can push the boundaries of Yardi's capabilities. Her experience as a property manager for us, as well as her intimate knowledge of the Tobin way of doing things, has fueled her success in this area. Her almost 10 years of experience in the real estate industry and her desire to find "a better way" has improved the efficiency of Tobin Properties' personnel and, in turn, the level of service we provide our clients.

Financial Analysis - Tobin Properties leverages a comprehensive financial analysis coupled with our strong market knowledge to provide a sounding board for solid real estate acquisitions. With our proven track record and industry expertise, Tobin continues to provide clients with advice in lucrative acquisitions. We also believe in the use of joint venture equity partnerships by identifying investment opportunities which create profitability for both parties.

Even before taking the helm of Tobin Properties, Herbert Tobin always put into practice his motto: “build on your strengths.” Those strengths include his vast experience in all areas of the real estate industry, and his passion of bringing talented people together. During the late 1960s Herb was the Vice President of the family business. As a key member of the executive team, he played a significant role in the operation of the historic Hollywood Beach Hotel, a five star resort, and the development of Hillcrest, a 2400 unit condominium community.

Part of the reason things work smoothly at Tobin is because Kenia is there to oversee the management of the Tobin Properties executive office. She is dedicated to creating an efficient and productive work environment by being so deeply involved in every aspect of the day to day operations. Her enthusiasm and high energy is contagious and she is accessible to everyone. Prior to joining Tobin Properties, Kenia worked as an Office Manager for an automotive accessories manufacturer.
