Tom Stuart Construction (TSC) has been involved in commercial and industrial construction for the past 25 years. TSC is one of the largest Commercial Contractors in Utah in both total dollar volume and total number of permits issued. Our ability to complete projects within budget and schedule is chiefly due to our vertical integration with the following divisions: -Concrete – laser screed guided flat work, curb & gutter, footings, screen walls & tilt-panel erection. -Excavation – mass cuts & fills, footings, retaining walls & concrete and site prep. -Utility Work – sewer, water, fire lines, storm drains, trench drains & public utility lines.
