Tia Buchanan started working with Tom in November 2013 as the lead Buyer Specialist. She is a graduate of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, where she received her Master's in Real Estate Finance. Tia also has her real estate license in Texas and has property management experience in Miami Beach and in Center City Philadelphia for complexes ranging from 900 to over 1,600 units. Tia was also a Swim Coach at the University of Miami and worked with the Athletic Department while she attended Texas A&M. She and her fiance Stewart Cramer reside in Delaware County with their dog Zoey and are avid sports fans.

Wendy Friedland joined Tom in June 2010. A graduate of Allentown Business School, Wendy handles many of the administrative duties including critical internal systems, the necessary flow of paperwork leading up to settlement, inspection coordination, and the preparation of key marketing items. With over 7 years of experience in the legal and financial fields, she has been a valuable addition to the staff. Wendy lives in Downingtown with her two children, is an avid reader, and loves to travel.
