A wheel of Imported Reggiano Parmigiano usually weighs in at about 80 to 90 pounds. Most of our other meats and cheeses also come to us in large bulk packages. When you order a 5 pound piece of Imported Reggiano Parmigiano we cut it fresh right off a full wheel. Most times we can cut you a piece that is close to 5 pounds, but rarely will it be exactly 5 pounds.
