All returns to Too Cute Totes must be approved prior to forwarding back to our production facility. Approval may be obtained by contacting (775) 423-5907, or sales@toocutetotes.com.

Custom designed totes are very individualistic in nature. Due to this, Custom designed totes are considered final sales at the time of commissioning.

Too Cute Totes are custom designed totes and are returnable only under the following terms: Custom designed totes may be returned if they contain a manufacturing defect that is identified and reported to Too Cute Totes within 30 days of completion and delivery of the tote. Delivery will be determined as date package is received by purchaser, or delivered to Party Hostess. Although quality and durability is considered and pursued, Too Cute Totes is unable to guarantee wear and tear on totes as all individuals carry and utilize their totes differently.
