Cheryl Power, Director of Finance As Finance Director, Cheryl is responsible for all aspects of TopDown Consulting’s finance and accounting operations. With over 20 years experience in finance and systems implementations, she is known for her focus on process optimization, service quality, and business analytics. Prior to her current role, Cheryl was a renowned EPM solutions consultant with TopDown and previously at SE Technologies. Earlier in her career, she served as a Financial Systems Manager at Levi Strauss and a FP&A Analyst at Fujitsu.

As Vice President, Operations, Josh is responsible for the company’s operations, including human resources, IT, finance, and strategic initiatives with a specific focus on operational efficiency. With over fifteen years services industry experience, Josh is a project-oriented leader with expertise in delivering strategic technology and business initiatives to a broad range of constituents, and a finance-focused understanding of business modeling and analytics, planning and forecasting, and measurable results. Prior to TopDown Consulting, Josh served as CIO at Granicus.
