All at a less expensive price than re-roofing! Energy Efficient The EPDM Coating System provides a reflective top coat over an existing EPDM roof membrane. The light colored coating reflects the majority of the sun's energy away from the roof surface, keeping the roof membrane and the workspace under the roof cooler. The average EPDM roof reflects five to six percent of solar energy away from the surface, while our top coat reflects 84 percent of the sun's energy. It is not unusual for a cool roof to lower roof top temperatures by 30 to 50 degrees!
