My life mission is to help others to improve their lives by making healthier choices--not only in nutrition, but in lifestyles, thinking patterns, relationships, and every aspect of their lives--that will bring them into greater harmony and balance. I've been working in the holistic health field for 2 decades, and have been a Holistic Health Practitioner for over 10 years. I enjoy helping people by using energy-based modalities such as acupressure, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, and EFT, as well as therapeutic massage. I'm very excited about having discovered MonaVie and enjoy sharing it with my friends and clients, both to increase their level of health & well-being, and to provide a great business opportunity that allows anyone to become successful. My other passions are music (organ performance degree), travel, and my family--Bruce and I have been married for over 40 years, and we have 5 grown children and 8 wonderful grandchildren.
