Our Staff is comprised of TRAINING PROFESSIONALS to include: instructors, lab assistants, certified teachers, course developers and Instructional Designers. This composition provides our clients with a focal point for all of your training needs and requirements. We provide the business community with a fully staffed Training Department, on an as-needed basis. In addition to supporting a wide variety of training programs and courses in professional development topics, we are staffed to provide a full spectrum of training services (i.e., Course Development, Program Administration, Consultant Services and Contracted Personnel).

The majority of the workshops we schedule with private industry clients, normally maintain an enrollment between 10 and 15 students. We provide an assistant teacher (Lab Assistant) who is responsible for spotting student difficulties and coaching students so that they can continue with the workshop exercises. The Lab Assistant monitors the student's progress in each of the exercises and provides suggestions to get the student back on track – they do not teach.

For Small Companies and the Community we provide Skill Enhancement and Certificate programs to enhance employability skills.
