The company originated in the gift business marketing a line of glass photo frames. It was during the company’s early days that the founder, Chien J. Wang, discovered that the awards and personalization business was vastly under served.Toujours began serving the awards and personalization market in 1993 with a modest line of glass awards. Some of the innovative programs that Toujours came up with to serve its retailers were free retail catalogs for dealers to use as marketing tools. The company also had VIP dealer programs to reward loyal dealers with long-term discount plans.
