The last thing you need to worry about is getting your construction job cleaned up post-construction. You worked hard to get your job finished – don’t let it look half done with a sloppy final cleaning! We can handle it for you – quickly and at a very reasonable cost. We have all the necessary insurance and can handle small retail jobs up to large hotels and everything in between. We know how to efficiently deal with the paint over spray on the windows, the sawdust is the corners of the drawers and cabinets, along with the inevitable dust that has accumulated during construction.

Responsible, Professionally Trained and Supervised Cleaners We do more to ensure we hire great people than anyone we know - national and state criminal background checks, citizenship or work permit verification, random drug testing, credit check, state-of-the-art personality profiling, whew! Our workers are employees — not unsupervised, independent contractors. Our state-of-the-art training requires approximately three weeks and includes lecture, video, testing, and on-site training in controlled environments. Your assigned team will show up, neatly attired, on your scheduled cleaning day.

Why do the first two cleanings cost more? It takes us significantly more time and effort to clean "old" dirt as compared to "new" dirt. A good example is the dust that accumulates on the top of your picture frames or refrigerator. As it sits there and piles up over time, it literally packs down. This "old" packed dust cannot be removed with a duster, but requires hand-wiping with a general cleaner. The more time it takes us, the more costly it is for both of us. That's why we specialize in and encourage folks to use a recurring cleaning service.
