Description

Town & Country is one of England's premier designers and manufacturers of bespoke (custom) conservatories. Town & Country traces its roots to the early 1980's as Tuckswood Joinery a custom carpentry shop owned by Kevin Tuck, Managing Director of Town & Country. Having trained as an apprentice boat builder, Mr. Tuck became one of the earliest design/builders of high quality custom designed conservatories in England. In 1984 Mr. Tuck along with his principal designer, Mark Jones, and Financial Director Arthur Lake, founded Town & Country Conservatories.The company workshops are in rural Fakenham, in the County of Norfolk, about two and one-half hours northeast of London. The principal design office is in London, headed by Mark Jones, Design Director.In 1994, Town & Country expanded to North America by teaming up with James Licata, an attorney and experienced renovator in Chicago, Illinois.
