It may be possible, but there are a number of factors that must be considered including rail length, the location of the stake pockets relative to the hole pattern in your rail and the height of your cab relative to the top of the bed. You may need to purchase new bed rails and/or a new sliding rack. You will also, most likely need to purchase replacement expansion blocks as these often become damaged during removal.
