Scheduled Maintenance TYS designates time periods ("Scheduled Maintenance Windows") during which it may limit or suspend the availability of the hardware and/or software involved in providing its Services (an "Outage") to perform necessary maintenance or upgrades. Scheduled Maintenance Windows currently are each Saturday between the hours of 1 am and 4 am Eastern Time.
