The Training Doctor, LLC is a custom instructional design firm, founded in 1991. We serve clients throughout the USA and abroad from offices in Connecticut and South Carolina.Having been in the business for 17 years, working previously for 5 respected financial firms, this is the best training I've had so far.First, we DON’T want our clients to be wedded to us! We will assist, enable, transfer knowledge and skills, and make your organization better (not ours). Our engagements last anywhere from a few weeks to a few years. You will begin to think of us as an extension of your staff; and we will act – responsibly – so. And when our work is through, we leave!
