Description

Ms. Gooch has over 18 years of combined experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and service center operations. As senior vice president for TransCore, she is responsible for overseeing all TransCore operated customer service centers and software development.

Throughout his tenure with the company, Mr. Marks has gained in-depth experience in the design, development, integration, testing and maintenance of various components of intelligent transportation and electronic toll collection systems. Some representative projects he recently managed include Houston METRO’s High Occupancy Toll (HOT) System project, the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority’s (OTA) PIKEPASS System, Harris County Toll Road Authority’s (HCTRA) EZ TAG system, and the Florida Department of Transportation’s large-scale electronic toll collection system.

Russ joined TransCore in August 2007 as its Corporate Controller. Prior to joining TransCore, he served as finance director of the Specialty Papers business unit of Glatfelter, a global paper manufacturer. During his tenure at Glatfelter, the company successfully integrated the acquisition of a major North American paper mill. For the 10 years prior to joining Glatfelter, Russ was with York International Corporation, a global company that manufactures, installs, services and maintains HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

SCATS is installed on M52 and 2070 controllers in NEMA TS2 and 332 cabinets. TransCore supports the systems for a two year maintenance period following construction. In this capacity, we provide training to agency staff, help troubleshoot citizen complaints, and support agency staff in making changes to the systems.
