TransCity Property Management was incorporated in 1986 by Charlie Brown after working four years for another management company. After obtaining his broker’s license and establishing TransCity, the company has maintained a steady course serving both investors and reluctant rental owners that could not sell homes in down markets. The management fee is referred to as an Agency Fee. It is the fee you pay to hire our company to be on call to act on your behalf 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
