Voluntary and involuntary reductions in the workforce can be managed sensibly and sensitively. Employees who have spent the majority of their careers with the same organization, are now faced with a decision that most are ill-prepared to make. We can help organizations be proactive in their focus and address the employees' real concerns. Career transition includes assessment tools such as the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory; job search training from traditional areas to internet job hunting; and career, retirement and entrepreneurial options presented through workshops, training seminars, individualized counseling and personalized profiling. Our training is customized to meet the requirements of the client. The surviving employees need "in-placement" counseling as much as the departing employees need outplacement services. Employees can develop their personal, career and financial life plan and exit with their hope, dignity and pride intact.
