TransitPlus, Inc. is a Colorado corporation providing consulting services in the areas of public transit and human services transportation. Our firm and its associates have worked with private and not-for-profit corporations, municipalities, regional transit authorities and Native American Nations, specializing in service planning, grants, operations, marketing, regulatory compliance, safety/training, service planning and coordination. We are DBE certified in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, South Dakota and Utah.

TransitPlus, Inc. Principal-in-Charge with overall responsibility for quality assurance as well as serving as manager on a large number of projects, Suzanne has over 30 years of experience in the transit industry, spanning public and private sectors.

David has 37 years of experience as both staff and consultant to transit systems, local governments and not-for-profit service providers responsible for directly provided and contracted transportation services. He specializes in service and operations planning for small urban and rural areas with ongoing and recent project work in Cheyenne WY, Summit County CO and Roaring Fork Transportation Authority in Aspen. He is thoroughly familiar with the changes per MAP-21 for distribution to COGS, MPOs and FTA Section 5310 and 5311.
