National Transportation Library Mission Statement Memo from NTL President to supporters re acquisition of ICC Library: An agreement has finally been reached between the Surface Transportation Board and the University of Denver's Center for Transportation Studies to provide a permanent home for the ICC's library. Simultaneously, we have reached an agreement in principle to locate the National Transportation Library at the same site, with the right to establish other sites as satellite libraries under our name. The University of Denver will, however, have first priority on available materials. Needs of NTL to support acquisition of ICC Library
