The technical disciplines employed include soil and rock mechanics, foundation engineering, geologic terrain and natural hazard evaluations, engineering geology, earthquake engineering, construction quality assurance and technical support of counsel. Because we provide our services both during the investigation and the construction stages, we have developed years of experience addressing the issues that architects, engineers and planners are faced with during design as well as the potential problems that contractors encounter during construction.

Treadwell & Rollo’s environmental services professionals have been leaders in the science of site assessment and remediation for over 20 years. We have demonstrated our expertise on both multi-million dollar remediation projects and the preparation of property transfer documents. Our breadth of experience serving private industry, the public sector, and the legal profession has uniquely prepared us for successfully resolving the complex environmental and regulatory problems faced by our clients in the 21st century.

Mr. Hodson, P.E., LEED AP, is a Principal/Vice President at Langan who manages our West Coast Site/Civil Engineering Practice. He leads both national and international projects. DJ provides 19 years of experience in site analysis and design, grading, drainage and stormwater management analysis and design, infrastructure assessment and design, demolition design, environmental impact technical reports, geotechnical engineering and environmental planning and permitting.
