Our maintenance department has 5 full time employees, who are solely committed to providing top notch maintenance service to you and your guests.

Not only can we list and sell your home, but we can list and rent your home too! On average we have approximately 7,300 families that vacation on Topsail Island every year. We provide great single family homes, duplexes, and condos on Topsail Island for renters who want to enjoy a beautiful beach in NC, both seasonally and/or long term.

Rich soil and convenient placement close to the Atlantic Ocean brought settlers to the Pender County area for more than 200 years. Finally, in the late 1870s, Pender County was established and distinguished from New Hanover. The county seat was originally located in Watha but later moved to Burgaw in 1879.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 5:00 PM. Due to the size and complexity of homes in our program, our housekeepers and inspectors need every minute of the 10AM to 3PM window to ensure the cleanliness of your vacation home. We make every effort to ensure all homes are clean and ready for occupancy by 3PM. Please do not buy groceries before check-in. We cannot let you into homes that are not ready, nor can we provide refrigeration facilities. In unusual circumstances, for whatever reason, it may be necessary to delay occupancy beyond 3PM, until your home is ready. At check-in you will receive two sets of keys and directions to the property. If arriving after office hours, a check-in packet including keys and house directions will be left in the "late arrival mailbox," outside of our office. We can make arrangements for an after-hours check-in, only if your reservation is paid in full and the Rental Agreement is signed.
