We are a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Karen is an experienced Finance and Treasury professional with 15 years of Treasury experience in the industries of high technology, telecommunications, biotechnology, and Internet Services.

We are a Certified Treasury Professional with an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. Pat began consulting in 2004 after holding such positions over the past twenty years as Global Foreign Exchange Manager for Sanmina-SCI Corporation, and Treasury Manager of Domestic and International Treasury for Symantec Corporation, Redback Networks and Amdahl Corporation. Pat has extensive hands on experience in daily treasury operations (cash management, risk and foreign exchange management, bank relationship management, and investments) as well as significant Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance experience.has worked with TMS since 1996 and specializes in budgeting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and lease financing. Prior to partnering with TMS, Keith worked as Manager of Investor Relations for KENETECH Corporation, where he was responsible for analyzing partnership energy production and financial performance, preparing budgets and forecasts, providing monthly investor reports to institutional clients and debtholders, and forecasting cash flows.

We are a key member of TMS' cash management and treasury operations team. Carmela is a lifetime CCM and has played a crucial role in providing on-demand staffing services for our clients. After receiving her BS in Accounting from Cal State Hayward, Carmela as cash manager for Network General Corporation and Electronic Arts, before joining TMS as a consultant. Now the mother of three daughters including twins, Carmela consults with TMS on a part time basis.

Our firm has worked on numerous recent bank conversions or enhancements of existing relationships. Our focus is on making sure your company is using the right set of products in the most cost-effective manner. Sometimes this includes training your staff so that processing costs and service fees are reduced.
