There are two ways to join the Treebones family: 1. Fill out the Application for Employment and mail or fax (805-927-2829) it to us along with your resume. Sometimes there is the possibility of on-site housing with full time employment. 2. Fill out the Volunteer Application . This is a casually organized apprenticeship where successful applicants volunteer their labor in exchange for housing, food, and gained work experience in one of many different areas related to the running of a busy, eco-conscious vacation resort. There is a month ‘trial period’ , after which, productive and enthusiastic volunteers will be asked to consider a commitment of three months total stay.
