Doug Metz - Sales Doug has been employed at Trend Carpet & Tile for over 25 years. He is a college graduate and prides himself as being a home improvement and planning specialist. Most of Doug's customers are repeat buyers who appreciate his loyalty, knowledge and work ethic. He stays in tune with the latest trends in flooring and passes this information on to the builders, realtors, rehabbers and homeowners he is working with. Doug speaks Spanish and he is an avid watcher of HGTV and This Old House. For the last 15 years, Doug has volunteered as a volleyball coach at Good Shepherd and St. John's Lutheran Schools in Elgin. Doug is still covering the Dundee area, where he worked for 25 years, as well as the Glendale Heights location. He will gladly bring samples to your home and plan out all your flooring projects.

Jennifer Gigele - Sales & Design Consultant With 26 years experience in the industry, Jennifer is proficient with all aspects relating to flooring as well as interior design.
